Amy and Andrew Gideon are owners of TAG Online, Inc., a full service Web Company
located in
Upper
Montclair, New Jersey. Since 1993 they have been providing web services such as
design, consulting, programming, training, web hosting and co-location. For nearly
two decades the Gideons have been providing software development services and
have taught Internet technologies as well as software design and programming to
many major Wall Street firms and a host of other business clients.
Both
Amy and Andrew Gideon hold Masters Degrees in Computer Science. Their company
TAG Online http://www.tagonline.com
has developed a wide range of Websites, Database Applications, and Content Management
Systems for the Web, as well as proprietary tools, including TAGX and the TAG
Online Web Editor. TAGX is an extension of HTML that adds functionality to HTML
for clients without requiring sophisticated programming or script expertise. The
Gideons also utilize expertise in database design and relational database management
systems such as Sybase and MySQL, as well as experience in the development of
a wide range of mission critical applications.
Amy Gideon is President and
Co-owner of TAG Online, Inc. She has over 20 years of experience in software development,
database design, authoring and delivering programming courses on Wall Street and
managing large software projects. She has consulted to several well-known corporations,
including Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and Citibank. She holds a
M.S. in Computer Science from New York University and a B.S.E. from the Wharton
School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Andrew Gideon is the
Chief Technical Officer of Tag Online. He has over 25 years of experience in the
computing industry, primarily involved in software development. He also has an
extensive history in dealing with distributed and networked computing. In addition
to managing technical staff, he has also spent several years teaching a variety
of computing topics, ranging from the introductory level to highly advanced design
techniques, at both the corporate and academic level. He has consulted to several
well-known corporations, including AT&T, JP Morgan, AIG, and Merrill Lynch.
He holds both a M.S. in Computer Science from New York University and a B.S.E.
in Computer Science and Engineering from the Moore School of Electrical Engineering
at the University of Pennsylvania.
